Know that each bottle holds 550ml of water, so it is recommended to drink at least 4 full bottles of slimming water in order to start slimming down.

All product purchased online can be returned within 60 days after your purchase.
To get a refund, you must:
- contact our support desk at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your full name, email address, Buygoods email invoice, and order number, together with a photo of the bottle and packaging showing they are not damaged and as new. You also need to share your experience with the bottles and tell us exactly what you are returning. For example if you ordered 2 bottles, and one of the bottles has been used, you should say that 1 unit is as new and un-opened, while the other one has been used. Make sure that your order number will be written on a paper and placed inside your return package.
- Wait for the support desk to confirm that the product is in perfect selling condition based on your photos.
- send the bottles back to us in perfect selling condition, to one of the following addresses: ShipOffers, C/O SLIMCRYSTAL, 19655 E 35th Drive. Suite 100, Aurora, CO 80011, (866) 393-3483– we do not refund you if the product is damaged! Send us your return tracking number – put the full tracking number in the support ticket so we can verify it and after we have received your return, we’ll issue your refund.
Please keep in mind that we do not support the return shipping costs and we’ll deduct our shipping and handling costs from your refund.
Do not worry, because it’s ok if you sent back your products to us even on the 59th day of your 60-day money back guarantee period and we receive them several days later.
You will still get a refund if you shipped in due time.
Once your return package arrives in our warehouse, we’ll issue your refund.
Important: If you don’t give us your return tracking number or the one you give us doesn’t show as delivered to our return address, we will not issue you a refund. Also, if your return package has been shipped on the 61st day from your purchase, we will not issue you a refund.
What to do if your inner chamber is damaged and you want a refund
As we said, we do not refund damaged product, so here’s what to do:
- Contact our support desk at email@example.com and tell us that you want a refund and that the inner chamber (inner dome) is broken and send us your address. ATTACH A PHOTO to your email!
- We’ll ship you a new inner chamber and you must replace the damaged one with the new one.
- Now you can start the refund procedure as your product is not damaged.
- If you broke your inner chamber or you destroyed parts of the bottle yourself and we have replaced them for you, you are not entitled for a refund anymore.
